Underwater Inspections

Most subsea infrastructure requires regular survey and inspection.  Infrastructure may include telecommunications cables, oil and gas pipelines, outfall pipes, wharves, quay walls, jetty pylons and breakwaters.

There are many sensor options available to undertake these inspections and the optimum sensor choice will be driven by factors such as the resolution required for the inspection, the time and budget available for the project and environmental considerations such as turbidity, accessibility and personnel safety.

We regularly use acoustic, laser, still and video imagery to obtain referenced and repeatable underwater inspection data results.
